Blez Blue – Gemsbok Skull
The gemsbok antelope is a powerful symbol of strength and endurance in the arid regions of southern Africa and is prominently featured on the Namibia coat of arms. The gemsbok is often referred to as “the spirit of the desert” due to its remarkable ability to survive and thrive in one of the harshest environments on Earth.
The flow of the beads signifies the movement of the gemsbok as they travel and graze at night to avoid the intense heat of day. The stone, a Morrisonite jasper, often called the "King of Jaspers," is a rare, high-quality picture jasper from the Owyhee Canyon in eastern Oregon. It is primarily associated with gentleness, emotional healing, and the alleviation of chronic stress.
